Online purchases can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. We kindly ask that all items are returned to us in original condition. Please contact us quoting your order number to arrange an exchange or return. Please note that customized items are not eligible for exchange or return. 

We will be delighted to welcome you to our store located in Narellan to collect your online order. Simply select ‘collect in store’ during the secure checkout. You will be contacted when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID upon collection.  

Yes, if you would like to nominate someone to collect your order on your behalf, please contact us stating your order number and the name of the person collecting your item/s. For security, the nominated person must present a copy of your order confirmation and their valid photo ID upon collection. 

Please visit our store to have your finger size accurately measured in person. Our experienced team will be happy to assist you in ensuring you have the correct ring size. 

Our workshop is located on-premises in Narellan. Depending on current demand and job scale our repair turnover is approximately from 3 business days.
